2012 PRICE STRUCTURE PER COTTAGE PER WEEK
Based on 4 people + cot per cottage. Discount for a couple. Including bed linen, towels, gas, electricity and start off essentials. There are no meters, security deposits, bookings fees or vat. A reservation is secured with one third rent deposit. Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.

£35 per week discount for two people, applicable for the use of only one bedroom and en-suite or bedroom and bathroom. The unused bedroom / bathroom will be closed off. Both cottages are very versatile for couples, friends or families.
Bed linen and towels are provided for an extra bed/5th person in Keeper’s Cottage with a £10 per night supplement.
Two to four night Short Breaks are available from November until May. We aim to be as flexible as possible, please phone for prices.
